All'interno, questa casa vacanze presenta una zona soggiorno ariosa con arredi confortevoli, un grande camino, una sala da pranzo formale e un telescopio per osservare le stelle di notte e osservare la fauna selvatica diurna, tra cui balene, foche, uccelli marini migratori e altro ancora. La cucina è ben attrezzata e offre elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, utensili moderni, meravigliosi ripiani in granito e una comoda isola. La grande, nuovissima vasca idromassaggio per sei persone è l'inizio di questa casa: è affondata nel ponte, il che significa che puoi rilassarti e lenire i tuoi muscoli ammirando il panorama. Inoltre, avrai accesso a una lunga scalinata privata fino a un pianerottolo roccioso selvaggio (dipendente dalla marea). Il percorso è impegnativo e faticoso. This home is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. The house was very clean and the property mangers were helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer. We will definitely go back.

Million dollar view, but needs a little tlc

PROS: let's get this out of the way.....the view is absolutely stunning. It's perhaps one of the nicest views of the coast line we saw during our entire trip through northern California. One other nice thing, this house is huge for being only three bedrooms. The living and dining rooms have ample space for more people than could sleep there. Lastly, the management company that runs this property were very responsive. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the downstairs tenant, both of which were answered and fixed quickly. We truly appreciated not having to wait hours for a response. CONS: Unfortunately, there are some parts of this house that seem quite dated....especially the bathrooms. They could all use a refresh. Speaking of refresh, the house has a "damp" smell that was off-putting to some of in our group. It got better once we opened all the windows, but didn't go away. Despite seeing multiple ant traps around the kitchen, there were multiple ants found in almost every room. One bed seemed to be a favorite hiding spot for them. Last, and this is probably nit-picky, but a house this big that costs this much should have a washer/dryer. We honestly didn't even think to check the listing when we first booked the property, because we simply assumed that something of this level would have access to laundry. We were hiking through Redwood NP during our stay, and it would have been a huge plus to be able to wash our clothes at the end of the day.

Fabulous house above the ocean

Are you looking for a house with amazing ocean views? This is it! This house has everything, it’s clean, well maintained, quiet, higher end pots and pans in the kitchen, wonderful hot tub looking out to the ocean, 2 spotting scopes, terrific master suite, close to lots of redwood forests., 20 minutes to the airport, top end restaurant just down the very quiet road. We loved staying here. You just can’t go wrong with this super property!

Beautiful site and home but amenities fall short.

For one, they need to update their house manual. It is out of date, grimy and inadequate. We wanted to be good guests but we were at a loss as to what to do with the garbage, composting and recycling, for example, and how to run the disposal. There was no instructions as to how to use the key pad to the front door and only because we had come from a property in San Francisco with a similar keypad, did we know how to manage the dead bolt. It seemed that things were just not well-thought out for guests.....and it started with the street number for the house. It is hard to see. There is no reading light in the third bedroom plus for a property charging as much as they do for a week, the washer or dryer were missed. It should be.noted too that other people will be on the property but we knew that because we had seen it in another guest's review. There were TV's that didn't work and a microwave too. (Why not direct folks to the correct one in the house manual?) We tried to be good guests and use coasters for the wooden tables but there were none to be found. And finally, the entrance way in the house smelled of weed plus the dying poinsettias and orchids and did nothing as far as setting a positive, welcoming tone. Otherwise, a wonderful site with huge potential. We were just left feeling that because the site was so nice, maybe the hosts felt they did not need to make too much of an effort beyond cleaning the house. (And yes it was clean.)

Unbelievably beautiful

The house and location were more than we were expecting. Even though the pictures are beautiful and accurate, seeing the view with your own eyes is necessary to get the full picture. We didn’t want to leave- just stay and stare out the windows. We’d wake up in the middle of the night just to look out and see the view with the moon shining on the ocean. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience this home. It is truly special. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was epic. The only downside is that you’re not alone, there are units below. They were quiet but when you have a place like this you really want it all to yourself. I’d still come back though.

The house was amazing and the view was outstanding. The only problem we had is we did not know that the bottom story of the house was being rented out to other people. The guests below us were Terrible and we are very disappointed with our last two nights we rented. With this price point we wanted the house to ourselves privately. Just be aware when you are renting there are other people below and next to you.

Beautiful, but one missing detail

The beach house was amazing, beautiful, secluded, bigger than I expected, but you really can't get to the beach right behind the house. It has a very long steep flight of stairs to the beach and then when you finally get to the end of the stairs there is a very long knotted rope to go down the rest of the way. Only my 3 very athletic teens were able to navigate it. We had a daughter-in-law who was pregnant who could not and I in my 40's dared not attempt it. I'm really surprised no one else in any reviews has mentioned it. We had to drive to other beaches, which weren't far, but I was really hoping to enjoy the beach right behind the house.

Beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Photos will never do the views justice and taking it all in while relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying a meal is makes the time memorable. The house is well maintained, clean and spacious including a well appointed kitchen. We were close enough to Redwood NP for a day trek and did several local, short hikes. Mostly we enjoyed the house, the views and time together with friends.

Exceeded expecations

The view of the ocean can be seen from almost every spot in the home. The pictures don't fully capture the sweeping, majestic ocean views. It is one of our favorite places that we have ever stayed and we look forward to returning there some day soon.

There were a few things broken and not super clean. But, the view is 100% amazing!

When we arrived the other person that was staying below was trying to get into the top portion of the house. Which in my opinion it was not very clear that this was a multiple unit rental. For the price I would expect more privacy. It was a little weird having other people be right there when you were trying to talk or relax in the deck. It could have been cleaner and there needs to be screens on the windows to prevent so many bugs coming in at night when it’s hot and you need the air. Also, one of the pairs of the binoculars was broken and some of the furniture was pretty worn and I believe a window or blind weren’t operated either.
