River's Bend: la tua destinazione fluviale definitiva

River's Bend è una casa con 3 camere da letto e due bagni, circondata da grandi e grandi alberi di sequoia. C'è un grande ponte intorno alla casa e un ponte inferiore situato proprio accanto al fiume Smith.

Dopo una giornata di nuoto, pesca, kayak, canottaggio, mountain bike, trekking o esplorazione, puoi tornare a casa per rilassarti per un barbecue, marshmallow arrosto o semplicemente goderti la vista sul fiume a soli 30 piedi dal ponte. L'ampio soggiorno e la cucina completamente attrezzata dispongono di ampie vedove per consentire di cucinare all'interno o all'esterno mentre si gode la splendida vista tra cui il fiume che scorre. Con 1 camera da letto e un bagno completo al piano di sotto, è facile dormire sonni tranquilli. Le due camere da letto aggiuntive e un bagno completo situato al piano superiore offrono un'abbondanza di spazio per dormire per tutti e una splendida vista sulle sequoie che circondano la proprietà. Le sue caratteristiche migliori sono gli alberi di sequoia circostanti, la vicinanza al fiume e la sua cascata.

Close to Redwoods!

Very nice location. Kids enjoyed swimming in the very calm and clear river. Amazing redwood trees on the property. Wonderful sound of a small babbling creek running along side the property. Very nice kitchen remodel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Family friendly and Relaxing

Great week with family - this house had plenty to do and plenty of room for indoor and outdoor activities! We came for spring break and lots of rain but never a dull moment. Great set up for a larger group.

Perfect!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 and could have easily accommodated more people. The room upstairs was great for the kids. The river and the view was gorgeous. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay.The location was great, we easily made the drive to Crescent City daily and also to many hikes in the Redwoods.

Redwoods Homebase

This house was the perfect space for my family of 7. Large kitchen, family room, and dining area. We've rented several vacation homes and this was the most well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, games, toiletries, etc. Our family enjoyed the outside space when it didn't rain. We used the hot tub once, enjoyed the river access and views, and the BBQ. This was a great location on a quiet street and wasn't too far from town when we needed to get gas and groceries. It was also near Kellogg beach which was nice. The only hiccup we had was a slight delay in the key code being activated for our entrance to the home. I texted the owner but ended up just calling him after waiting a little bit for a response. I will also add that the home was tidy but could use a good deep clean. There were noticeable cobwebs which might be hard for someone with allergies. It was a lovely place to stay and would be great to experience in the summertime with that beautiful river. I would bring my family here again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Fantastic views of the Smith River from the hot tub and dining room and which was just a staircase away! Liked having an EV charger and a clean house with a kitchen that had plenty of utensils, plates and cookware (we would have loved a kettle!). Please fix the fishing rod situation as only 1 was in working order out of the 6. It was also extremely cold in the house when we arrived and the water had not been turned on.

Beautiful home on the river

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great base of operations to see many redwood and coastal sites nearby. Enjoyed kyaking on the river. Highly recommend staying here.

The fungus is among us

The property is a 10/10! Truly beautiful. The house is another story! There is a very strong and predominant mold/mildew smell and it was dirty. The odor was worst in the down stairs bathroom, master bedroom and laundry room. So bad infact we all showered up stairs and couldn't sleep in the master bedroom. I contacted the owner and he just said sorry. We left this house cleaner than when we arrived and had to buy supplies to help us make it through our stay. Everyones allergies were crazy. It was extremely disappointing! Cobwebs all over, dust mites crawling in the master bedroom windowsill. I took several pictures and videos. The mold/mildew smell is my biggest issue and my family was miserable. It was making us sick. master bedroom. I hehe juat hehe jusasorry

Beautiful setting on Smith River

Family friendly. Comfortable. Well equipped. Lots of amenities. Plenty of recreational equipment for all ages. Really enjoyed our time kayaking and taking in the beautiful scenery from the deck. Great place to relax and reconnect with distant family. Fun for all from 7 to 70.

HANDS DOWN the best Air B&B we've stayed in!!!! The home is older and has a quirky layout, which worked well for our family. We used the kayaks and paddle boards and we're in the river until the sun went down, then we hit the hot tub. If you're a water family you'll love it there!!! Pricey but worth it.

Enamored by Smith River

Wonderful property and stay. The home is right on river and has everything u can need for a comfortable stay including a jacuzzi overlooking the river. Property was near redwoods and wonderful trails. When not on river, we were hiking with redwoods and vice versa. It was 2 of us and a little parrot. Lovely time had by all. Thank u
