“Everything was great. Especially the staff! We couldn’t make our originally planned stay due to being hit by a tornado. They completely understood and rearranged my stay and let me do an early check in the next day, and a late check out the following day with no issues at all. ”

“Room was filthy. Dirty toilet. Mold in the shower. Some of the lights in the room were burnt out. No smoke detector, just wires hanging from ceiling. Breakfast “buffet” was cold eggs & dry biscuits.”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...
