“Location is the only thing going for this property. Misleading description. Says AC but there is only AC in one room on the ground floor. So we had to leave the door open to cool down the floor. Floor layouts were BAD. Basement had 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room and the stack laundry. Why 2 bathroom? Weird but the best level to stay in. Ground floor had 2 bedrooms and the dining room. NO bathroom. You either had to go up 2 flights of stairs or down to the basement. The dining table...

“For location to central london, it's 5/5. In terms of convenience to shops and cafes, it was excellent. It was an interesting harry potter inspired property but that drew a lot of tourists outside our door, with some knocking on the door and some sat on the stairs. The Public alley just outside the property also smelt alot of pee and there were some homeless people sleeping near the house. Property was generally clean but there needed to be quite a bit of improvements - there was no kitchen...

“Stayed one night and the apartment was perfect for us. Host is very responsive and self-check in was easy. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and can sleep six people easily. Had a couple of small AC units and fans. Location is great, just round the corner from Paddington Station.”

Every room has its own luxurious bathroom...Location is perfect, just one minute's walk round the corner from Charing Cross station and surrounded by lots of places to eat and see in Central London. Hosts were attentive and the instructions for the property were crystal clear. Couldn't ask for a better stay in Central London!”
