“This is a room in a student residence. On the one hand the staff is pleasant (though available only 30 hours per week) and the location is in a quiet, upscale, convenient neighborhood. There is plenty of heat, which the guest can regulate, which is not a given in London. On the minus side, the guest is offered nothing beyond a room that is clean and spacious upon arrival but not serviced during the stay. No soap, no cup.
