“We loved our stay! The stairs could have been too much for someone with mobility issues, but we made it work. The spacious view over the park was lovely and the home was quiet, clean, well appointed and in good repair. We didn’t have a car, but we used uber eats for breakfast and had dinner before we came home. I would absolutely stay again at this home. ”

“Great location to Big Ben and the London Eye! Grocery store and restaurants within minutes and park access to unwind and relax. As for the apartment, it was great, heated floors when cold outside, Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and everything else you’ll need. No AC so it was a bit warm for my liking…however they provided lots of fans to move the air around. My only recommendation would be to fix the washer so it dries as well. ”

The AC worked well but Wesley delivered fans to help keep the hot flashes at bay and when we blew a fuse he immediately responded and resolved the issue despite the late hour. “My husband and I, with adult daughter, stayed here for five nights. Love the location across the street from the Great Portland tube stop, two coffee shops and a Tesco Express. The flat is super clean and new, very quiet, property management was super responsive and covered 24/7. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfy.”
