“I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited...

“L’hotel è nuovissimo e molto molto pulito e soprattutto appena entri c’è un odore buonissimo!!! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta… ci siamo trovati molto bene perché è super centrale e ben collegato… camere spaziose con finestre (non apribili) ma le camere sono bene areeggiate e non ci sono cattivi odori… che dire avrei dato 10 ma purtroppo l’unica cosa che mi ha fatto cambiare parere è stata la poca sensibilità avuta nei nostri confronti a fronte di una grave...

“Amazing room with views of London (can't guarantee that all will have a view like mine, of course). Simple yet lovely café downstairs. Really nice vibe! And the best thing? Minutes' walk from Hyde Park. I can also recommend an awesome little café 2 mins down the road called "Foreign Exchange" — excellent coffee and cakes!”
