“First of all you have to pay to park $25 a day in their parking garage. The elevators took forever. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper, and there were still used pool towels hanging up from the previous person. Theres no tv in the bedroom, and even the one in the living room was so cheap that it was unusable. No streaming service options. The shower head was terrible, barely a trickle of water. “This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! ”

“Place opened in January so it’s still new. Room was good. Nice fridge, and kitchen area. Bathroom good and the shower was great with the adjustable shower head and decently deep tub. Coffee available in the lobby, dishes and cups in the dishwasher. We did know we had to bring our own pans and such. Staff is friendly and were all great. “This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.

“From check in to check out, all of the staff were very kind friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not take advantage of all of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

“The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

“Walked into the room and it smelled like smoke and saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We left all the lights on for our whole stay and made sure nothing was left out of our suitcase. I did not see any bed bugs which is another thing I was worried about. I went to Walmart and bought sealable vacuum bags & the vacuum that comes with for our clothes.
Room was not very clean. There was crumbs on floor and shower the tub was very slippery. ”
