“My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. “Employees were friendly and helpful. You felt like a guest. The room was super clean and smelled nice. It is so nice to be treated nicely and like you are important. I would highly recommend this hotel. You will feel pampered.”

“What l didn’t like was the lack of a closet for hanging clothes, even though it did have a designated area for hanging clothes openly in the room. With regard to the breakfast, since I am diabetic there was nothing for me to eat. I would have loved if they had boiled eggs.”

“I would give a five star rating if only we could control the temperature in our freezing cold room. The owner told us the control for the air conditioning was in the room next door. He gave us access to a key for the room but we couldn’t unlock the door. The owner was a really personable guy so good to talk to. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice”

“The hotel was clean and the view from the room was great with floor to ceiling windows. There is a lot of street construction in front of the hotel - the whole block actually, but when that’s done the view will be even better. We had a two bedroom suite, and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It’s also walking distance from the Riverwalk.
