“The room was in a state of disrepair. Light switch at entry didn't work. TV didnt work. There was no extra chair to sit in besides desk chair, although plenty of room to put a comfortable chair. Tub/shower and toilet room was dingy and desperately needs updating. No insulation around door to hall. Could see light all around the door. And all noise from hall came through into the room. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...
