“Esperienza nella media visto il prezzo e la zona, ma giudizio nel complesso insufficiente. Operatrice gentile, ma la camera era sporca, con odore di fumo, cenere sul comodino, macchie di origine sconosciuta su tutte le superfici. Il bagno in compenso era pulito. Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

“The heat/air was noisy so we turned to OFF position, but there was a steady loud humming that made it very difficult to sleep. We mentioned this to front desk and they said it was the humidifier that had to turn off from front desk. It solved the problem but would have nice to know before loosing sleep the night before. Leave an info note/sign on the unit.”

“We were very unhappy with the cleaning. It was obvious that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There was a pair of dirty socks from the last visitor on the floor on the left side of the bed. Shower head needed tightening so it could be adjusted and leaked. The toilet rocked on the floor and had a lot of chalk that was obviously not fixing the problem. There was hair on the bathroom floor that didn't belong to us.
It's an old hotel that needs some help. Bathrooms need to be redone and updated.

“Property is not bad, room house keeping could be improved as service is every third day. Upon arrival at property found tap in bathroom is loose and doesn’t drain well. It was fixed though upon request. Towels were picked up regular however the tub was not cleaned regularly along with floor in bathroom. Breakfast is provided however could use some improvement.”

“Our check-in experience was disappointing due to a lack of hospitality from the receptionist (April 27, 2026 around 4pm). While we understand everyone can have an off day, professionalism is crucial—especially for guests who have traveled over two hours. A simple, warm welcome would have gone a long way in easing our travel fatigue. I hope management provides the necessary training to ensure staff are better prepared to greet guests. ”
