“Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

“Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.”

“Clean room, late night staff was great and helpful. Desk in room only had one outlet, so had to run a cord to the kitchen. Kids were yelling and playing at 11 pm at night. Exercise room had only a few pieces of cardio equipment and it looked a bit run down. There is a great gym within walking distance, so I bought a weekly pass for 40 USD. Not a bad place, but I've stayed in Everett or Lynnwood at better places for the same price.”

“The hotel was in a great location & our room even had its own patio! There were quite a few stairs from the street to the hotel lobby but staff right away offered to carry up our suitcases. The staff was extremely helpful & accommodating!
I would go back again! And walking distance to great restaurants & Pike Market!!”

“The room was okay overall. After staying for two nights, I asked housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned, I found that only the towels had been changed.
The breakfast was quite limited. The only freshly made item was the waffles; everything else was very basic, with just a few cereals and boiled eggs.
On a positive note, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.”
