“Staff was very friendly and helpful. They verrified my name and handed me a key as I walked in the door. There was coffee, tea, juice and water available along with some snacks. Room was spacious and clean with a jacuzzi tub and robes. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard for my liking. It was just a short walk to the train”

“a convenient location for events at munhak stadium and close to incheon airport. the hotel is easily accessible, has self check-in kiosk, is very modern and clean, and the staff was kind. there’s a breakfast, karaoke and laundry room and it’s connected to a CU convenience store with an atm that supports foreign cards. i enjoyed my stay. ”

“仁川文鶴競技場でのコンサート時に宿泊。フロントのスタッフさんがとても親切でした。聞き取れなかった部分を翻訳機を使って説明してくださり助かりました。チェックイン前の荷物預かりも快く応じてくださり、身軽で出かけることができました。新しい建物なので、内装も水回りもとても綺麗です。近くにコーヒーショップ、DAISO、最寄駅前には百貨店があり有名なベーグルショップもありました。仁川でコンサートがあったら、次回もぜひ利用したいです。”
