“Nobody answered to my email requesting airport pickup and late check out, so i had to take a taxi.
The latest check out that could have been accorded was half an hour and they didn't have a baggage storage: i had to pay for a full night, just to stay 3 hours more.
Room ok and clean, though.”

“Second day we left our room at 10:00 am, verifying the privacy sign was not on our door when we left. Returned at 5:15pm ( no privacy sign on door) to find room hadn’t been cleaned, no towels. We called guest services, front desk, operator with repeated no answer. Finally called room service and the woman who answered said the staff told her there was a privacy sign on the door. She blatantly called us liars and said that we “may get service sometime tonight.”
Very disrespectful. I have never...
