Hotel vicino a Evergreen Speedway - Monroe

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

“I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.”

“The room was smelly and dirty. They didn't clean our rooms the entire time we were there, and we were there for 6 days. It was cheap, I suppose you get what u pay for. Definitely not three star.Staff was friendly tho. It was close to my family's house we were visiting. Probably go somewhere else next time.”

“The staffs were very helpful & nice-frontdesks(night, day, weekdays, weekend) & housekeeper. The towels,sheets, bed cover & blankets were at least 10-15 yrs old. The blanket was full of holes a man’s thumb can poke into each easily. The fridge was super filthy with black molds. i cleaned it for an hour so i can use it. Yet, it was still dirty. I wanted to rest but couldnt, due to the adjustment i had to deal with in the room. The bedside lamp was broken & the outlet was down i had to use...

“Needed to be mindful of your surroundings as homeless people would sometimes walk through the parking lot but once inside the hotel, you felt safe. Good breakfast options but not much room to sit at times so took the food back to the room. It was quiet at night so very much appreciated that! The room could use another accessible extension cord.”

“Bathroom soap, body wash and hair conditioner dispensers did not work properly. Floor in bathroom was not mopped and carpet in room area was not vacuumed. Upon arrival noticed the bedroom had strong cigarette smell and bathroom an overpowering bleach smell. One could not mask the other. Bed frame sat on squares of wood so as to elevate and the ill fitting, ripped dust ruffle from touching the floor. On a positive, the staff was polite, friendly and effective. “Stanze grandi ma un po' spoglie anche se con cucinotto annesso. Letti rumorosi e scomodi. Parcheggio sotto le finestre delle stanze fonte di rumore specie la mattina presto. Alla richiesta di potere lasciare i bagagli in albergo per qualche ora dopo il check-out il personale ha risposto di no adducendo come scusa la mancanza di spazio idoneo.”

“I cleaned the room when we arrived for 5 nights - very unclean, sticky floors, cigarette burn marks on tub. Locals call it a working facility for ladies, accompanied by dealing, squatters, fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, no daily maid service , you can see thru the door trim. No blow dryer (I had to go buy one), no shampoo/cream rinse, no tissue. All furnishings worn, broken, stained, no chairs. The absolute worst we've ever stated at.”
