“This was a great place to stay as we hiked the traphills on the north country trail! The large entry room was a great location for all of our hiking gear. Having the bar next door for a quick drink or food helped after a long hiking day too. ”

“This was an absolutely beautiful home. The owners were very accommodating and very very nice and easy to work with. My room and bathroom were perfect and I had many different places I could sit and enjoy their property overlooking the lake enjoying their gazebo and a beautiful living room to enjoy as well. “My family and I were here 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect; right next to the beach and a short walk to Main Street Ontonagon. The house is older but well kept and has everything needed. Communication with the host was great and Michael checked in with us during our stay. The listing is not exaggerating about the beach path right to the yard, and the beach is amazing. ”

“I can’t say enough about this property! Spotless camper, with plenty of room. The property is definitely private and SO relaxing! The camper itself is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the owners thought of everything! Keith made the check in and check out process so easy, and he was very communicative throughout our stay. Our dog loved just hanging out in the yard with plenty of room to run around. We had such a great time and we would definitely stay here again! ”

“Absolutely Wonderful! The place, staff, rooms, location, etc. Staff was so friendly. Rooms were quaint but cozy, super clean and everything you need. Being dog friendly was a plus for us. The beach access was beautiful! The Only suggestion would be a porta potty by the garbage can on the beach. Otherwise, our new go-to place in the area; Truly, can't wait to go back!!”

“We only used the upsatirs and really liked the house. Very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Was absolutely in love with the woodsy backyard to a mostly pine forest. Last night we stayed we had a spike buck come with in 30 yrds of us at the campfire. Super cool to finish off our wonderful stay. Sorry though, didnt take any pictures of the back yard ”

“From the outside we were a little skeptical (old fashion motif). One step in the door and it felt like home. Warn, clean, and the lounge was PERFECT. We played cribbage and met some new friends. We will definitely be back! What a great little place!”
