“We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.”

“They charge for parking per night $22 wasn’t aware charged me a week after, took like extra preauthorization charges from once I checked in. Like an extra 100. I got it back but not till a week later so keep in mind !!”

“This is my best stay in Kansas City. The lady in front desk was very welcoming, answering to all my questions, giving a list of resaurants to go for a dinner. Breakfast included everything you want, from fruits to delicious meat. Easy parking. It is a good area to go for a walk. Thank you!”
