“Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints”

“We checked in late on a Friday night and the front desk office was locked. It took a few minutes to get someone to assist, but that's to be expected. Check-in process was super easy and efficient. Got right to the room and was surprised by how clean and neat it was. A/C was functioning well, room smelled good, and everything was very nice. Plenty of caf / decaf coffee packs for the room, too!
