“In contrapposizione alla gentile professionalità di un giovane addetto alla registrazione oltre che al servizio del locale annesso all'albergo siamo imbattutti in un comportamento perlopiù scostante del restante personale: l'addetto al pub,della prima sera, ci ha addirittura negato la possibilitò di cenare al nostro arrivo benchè, secondo quanto comunicatoci al momento del nostro arrivo, fossimo ancora nei limiti dell'orario previsto dall'hotel e che ancora ci fossero avventori ai...

“La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dalla Cattedrale, dalle vie con i negozi e dal lungofiume con diversi ristoranti. L’edificio ha un ristorante e un pub del quattordicesimo secolo. Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e pulite personale gentile e disponibile. Dispone poi di un ampio parcheggio sul retro”

“Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year.”

“Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. “Camera confortevole, non molto grande, ma buona per pochi giorni. La pulizia non era stata fatta alla perfezione al nostro arrivo, in più il frigo non era funzionante, ma dopo la nostra segnalazione è stato riparato. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.”
