Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole cottage property including the cottage, back house (game/exercise room), driveway, fire pit area, and grassy areas. Free WiFi, fresh linens and towels are provided. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook any meal, and more. Guests may use their own streaming sites to watch TV, or use a provided Netflix account on the various Smart TVs.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a rural area in Exeter, California, in fields of orange trees known as orange groves. Feel free to walk around the trees and pick an orange to enjoy. At the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains, views are breathtaking, especially after the rain on a really clear day, or during the winter when the mountains are snow-capped. In the Spring, the foothills come alive with wildflowers.
Getting Around:
We suggest guests get around with their own vehicles. We are located in the country, there is no public transportation here.
Other Things to Note:
Fire wood, charcoal, & lighter fluid are not provided but can be purchased at the nearest gas/service station.
