Thank you for your review, conditioner is available at reception, along with a selection of toiletries that can be purchased however we will look at the in room facilities too. We are surrounded by apartments - some are let to students but not exclusively, I am sorry to hear that this disturbed your stay. We hope to welcome you back on another occasion. Best regards

Thank you Jonathan, that's a lovely review to read this morning! As a small hotel, we like that we can identify all of or guests and offer a personal service. I'm glad you liked the shower - we went for the best we could find! It's no trouble to bring fresh milk (or anything) up to your room - we don't have fridges as we aim for gold stars on energy.
