“Nice comfortable spacious rooms, conveniently close to highways, but also a short drive to Seabrook beach. Lots of stores and places to eat a short walk, or shorter drive, away (mostly chain restaurants / fast food). Overall a good stop while traveling.”

“I loved the room colors and bedding. The rug was very nice, but needed cleaning. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, but that needed cleaning as well. I would stay there again. I just hope they up their game on the cleaning. It is away from the hustle and bustle farther south which is what I wanted. There is plenty of parking and you can walk across the street to the beach. “It’s was clean but very dated. My TV turned on but we couldn’t get anything to stream. You could use some cups in the room. I stayed because it was so close to beach. It was fine just old!!”

“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall.
