Espansivo Modern Farm House su 8 acri di parco

Rinnovata fattoria moderna su poco meno di 8 acri e backup di oltre 3.300 acri nel parco statale di Evansburg. Ci sono 26 miglia di sentieri nel parco, insieme a pesca e caccia.

La casa è certamente unica e la parte originale della casa principale risale ai primi del 1800. Attraverso molte aggiunte, la casa si è ampliata sulla struttura originale per includere la casa principale, la foresteria e il garage.

All'esterno, troverete il cortile anteriore che è coperto da un traliccio e ha molti posti a sedere con una griglia a gas e camino esterno. Il portico originale ha sedie a dondolo per ammirare l'ambiente circostante. L'area della piscina presenta un padiglione coperto con bar e numerosi posti a sedere. L'area della piscina diventa sole tutto il giorno. La piscina stessa è riscaldata e 47.000 galloni. C'è un'estremità poco profonda che è di circa 3, 5 piedi e l'estremità profonda va a circa 10 piedi.

La casa di primavera originale è stata trasformata in una palestra, che ha pesi liberi, boxe e un vogatore.

La casa principale è stata completamente rinnovata. L'ingresso principale presenta una scala a chiocciola galleggiante. Ci sono ampie modanature in tutta la casa. La cucina ha un'enorme isola con posti a sedere, un mobile bar, cucina a gas di grandi dimensioni, pot-pot, 2 frigoriferi per bevande e un frigorifero commerciale. Just spent 3 nights as this amazing home with family for a holiday get together. It was decorated beautifully, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you need. So much space to be together, but also have some quiet time when needed. Jeff, the property manager, is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderfull house to host a large mixed family group. There is so much common space on the main floor and the house is well appointed. We came with a multi-generational family group and the house made it very easy for everyone to enjoy the visit.

This was a perfect location to host our family Thanksgiving dinner. The house was stocked with all the necessities to prepare our turkey day feast. There was an issue with the small oven, thankfully the other 2 ovens were working. Jeff was very attentive and addressed any issues in a timely fashion. The house was very spacious and made a perfect place for the bride and groom to get ready for their big day. 10/10

We had the best time in this house as a group of 16 young adults! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice- it is massive and has plenty of space for sleeping, hanging out, playing games, cooking, swimming and more! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils for all of our meals, and we especially appreciated all of the fridge space for our large group. We also loved the pool area and outdoor bar, and took advantage of that one night for a group dinner as well. The house was easy to find, communication with the host was excellent, and everyone had a comfortable stay. We had one small issue where the sound system stopped working and the host quickly came by to fix it. I’d definitely come back to this house and would highly recommend booking!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We had a great time enjoying the pool and the property. We were also pleased to see air conditioning in the fitness center. We had 19 people total (ages 1 - 63) and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool was cleaned 2 times during our stay which was great. Except for the food store we never left the property during our entire week long stay. There were plenty of things to keep us busy. I would definitely recommend this property to other families.

This property was the perfect fit for multiple families staying the week between two weekend tournaments. We had a variety of different age kids and had never all stayed together. There was more than enough room for people to be together or have some alone time. No need to plan activities because this place has everything! Thank you for the amazing stay and we will be back!

This property was perfect for our large family to stay comfortably when we were in town for a wedding. There was enough comfortable spaces for everyone to find a their perfect spot. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare large meals and the outdoor areas were furnished and lush. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had our annual family vacation at this beautiful home. The host was very quick to respond to some questions and communicated well. We had lots of room and activities for the whole extended family. The outside spaces were great. Our grandkids wanted to go to the park everyday. The property is so large and beautiful the kids thought the outside of the house was a park. We had a warm day and were able to enjoy the pool and spa. It was like being at a beautiful private resort.

What an incredible property! Everything worked out great. My favorite detail was using the surround sound system for wake-up calls for the guys! We had a great time and I even had some time to coach my guys up in billiards! Jeff, see if you can get that surround sound system hooked up with the guest house as well. We had several family members in the area for a memorial service and needed beds, but more importantly a place to gather. The host was gracious in allowing us to gather after the memorial service with family (those registered plus others…not a party, a quiet gathering) at the house. We prepared a lovely meal to share with all family that gathered to say their good-byes. We reminisced, laughed and cried over our loved one. It was a very relaxing, and there was plenty of room to move about and comfortable for all ages.

This house was perfect for my work team to stay while we had our annual meetings at our local corporate office. It was very conveniently located and made for an easy daily commute. The house provided ample space to gather as a group or find a private area for some quiet time. The team loved the available games like pool, table tennis and corn hole. Overall, the house was good and just as advertised. The only item we struggled with a bit was temperature controls for some of the rooms because all thermostats are locked down and guests had no direct control. Easily solved by opening and closing windows though.

One of the finest rental property that we’ve rented for our Annual boys get together. We’ve been doing this for the past 11 years. This place is huge and caters to almost all your needs. Very well maintained and quality house. Jeff was an amazing host and was available via text through out our stay. The only improvement I’d suggest to the owner would be to upgrade the ping pong table and place it in a better setting rather than the garage. We’ll definitely look forward to rent this house again next year!

Words cannot adequately describe the magnificent vacation we enjoyed at this beautiful, gigantic farmhouse. Farmhouse does not do it justice. It was an absolutely gorgeous estate. The interior was hugely expansive, easily accommodating all 23 of us. The heated pool, ping pong and billiards table, play ground and bean bag toss all added to our immense delight. We absolutely recommend this vacation getaway to everyone and intend to return ourselves. Thank you, Jeff!
