“Della struttura ho apprezzato la disponibilità di teli mare e tovaglie pulite. Era disponibile il wifi. I vicini di casa il giorno di natale ci hanno offerto il pranzo, sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Il mare è meraviglioso e gli squali e le stingray vengono sino sotto casa”

“Beautiful location, hosts were very nice but the room was extremely dirty! I booked well in advance for 3 people and when we arrived, it was like the room had not been cleaned for weeks and they were not expecting us! There was old urine stains/drips on, around toilet bowl and on floor. Sink had hair and grime all around and the shower was the worst. Tile has not been cleaned in a long time and sand and hair on the floor. The fridge/freezer smelled like death. Had to air out and open all...

“Great place. Kayak's available to use, beautiful dock across the street right on the flats. We did see a couple of turtles, a shark, and a sting ray right off the dock. Fina offered to let us use just about anything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. ”

“We loved the place and the location — absolutely beautiful. The convenience store and restaurants are about 1 km away on foot. The beach is incredibly beautiful. The only downside: the host’s employee was supposed to pick us up to take us to the airport on our departure day, but never showed up. Fortunately, two girls passed by and offered us a ride. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight. But aside from that, everything was perfect!”

“Peaceful paradise. Located on its own peninsula is a tropical retreat close to the grocery sore, the water taxi, everything you need. The owner, Nancy is the sweetest host. We fell in love with the outside garden areas. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers and everyone loved it.”

“A great place to rent for vacation. Pretty much right between the airport and where the tour boats leave from Northern Exuma. Not too far of a drive to anywhere. There’s also an excellent beach just down the steps from the property. A few restaurants in walking distance as well. The floor plan is a little odd but the house has more space than it looks like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, nothing too fancy (hotplate, microwave, air fryer, toaster) and it’s fully stocked...

“Soggiornato a Regatta Point da Nency, ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione ottima, casa molto grande e, cosa importante per il luogo, zanzariere ovunque. Casa abbastanza pulita (considerando lo standard del luogo molto pulita), cambio biancheria ogni due giorni, l'unica pecca, al nostro arrivo mi aspettavo più info dell'isola dalla proprietaria con relative cartine. Ha compensato con l'invito a casa sua per la sera dell'ultimo dell'anno, esperienza molto carina. Grazie Nancy!!”
