Nancy’s secluded property w panoramic views of the beautiful water (though not on a beach) was close enough to walking distance to EYC, Straw Market, Sand Piper Cafe and Elvis Taxi service. We had all the amenities downtown Georgetown had to offer within a block . It was so sweet stepping back in time at her lovely cottage ”

“Soggiornato a Regatta Point da Nency, ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione ottima, casa molto grande e, cosa importante per il luogo, zanzariere ovunque. Casa abbastanza pulita (considerando lo standard del luogo molto pulita), cambio biancheria ogni due giorni, l'unica pecca, al nostro arrivo mi aspettavo più info dell'isola dalla proprietaria con relative cartine. “A great place to rent for vacation. Pretty much right between the airport and where the tour boats leave from Northern Exuma. Not too far of a drive to anywhere. There’s also an excellent beach just down the steps from the property. A few restaurants in walking distance as well. The floor plan is a little odd but the house has more space than it looks like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, nothing too fancy (hotplate, microwave, air fryer, toaster) and it’s fully stocked...
