Cottage in Exuma

“Point of View is a gem of a place! Just an amazing property. On a beautiful beach, clean and comfortable house. Great kitchen. We went to Ava’s a few times for their fresh baked bread, makes for amazing French toast! Going in the off season we something I have never done before, no one was on the beaches. It was like our own island. I would definitely come back. Really liked being away from the main tourist areas. We lived it!”

“The villa is really in a fantastic location: you can see the sunset directly on the terrace or you can swiming in the clear see walchin 20 mt via semi private wite beach. The interna is confortable and you have all what you need, also a good wiFi and Smart TV. You hav need the Golf Cart to see the litle island or to buy someting on the market.”

“Valerie was a great host. The pool was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. The location is great. A short kayak trip over to Moriah Harbor Cay with secluded beautiful beaches. Would love to stay again. ”

“We stayed 5 nights in this small aparment recently renovated. It has a very small kitchen well equipped in the house entrance, a standard double bedroom and a big bathroom well equipped itself. We found a great assistance by the owner Maxine and her caretaker and we also a free tranfer from and to the airport. The island is very expensive, as are the bahamian islads, so we suggest this apartment solution for its good value for money.”

“First time in Exuma, and this place was perfect for what GF and I needed. Location was great as a grocery store was right there, and pretty central on the island to get to all the beaches. Right on the water with a small sand beach area to yourself. Two kayaks were a nice surprise that we used on several locations. The owner did have a small rental car that met are needs, but be prepared for rough roads to the house and in other areas of the island. If we come back, we will bring our own...

“We had a wonderful time at Hoopers Bay Villas. The cottages are across the street from the beach and access is easy. We stayed in the Yellow Elder cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is a little older and not perfect, but who cares with the low price we paid to be at a beautiful beach!? The hosts, William and Priscilla are lovely people and always available to help or answer questions. Loved they cute beach decor in the cottage. The cottages are also private....

“Our group of 3 stayed at the Tranquility house for 5 nights. Overall, a great house close to Tropic of Cancer beach. There’s a little beach bar shack at the beach (Brea’s) that’s open starting around 11 am. We packed lunches and brought our bags to the beach each day with little trouble. The beach and water is incredible. Very quiet and a great place to relax. The house fit us perfectly. I would say 6 ppl max if you want to be comfy. Has the basics for cooking.
