We walked to inform the water problem . There was no telephone in the room and it was a long walk to the reception desk. Only our room got affected since we confirmed with our neighbor. “The resort was run down, it did not look anything like it did on the pictures. Sun beds were broken and the pool was dirty with broken tiles. The had no where to get lunch or dinner. The bar was never open. Resulting in a long walk to bars and restaurants. The long road we had to walk down was full of stray dogs that tried to attack us on several occasions. ”

“sehr schöne Anlage. Wunderbarer Garten. Tolle Zimmer. Schöner Pool. Jedoch leider absolut unzureichender Service beziehungsweise gar kein Service. Schade mit etwas besseren Management könnte man ein richtig gutes Hotel daraus machen. So ist es leider kein passendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und leider Stören auch sehr viele Touristen, die Ruhe im Hotel.”

“Was really happy with this family run guest house that i stayed in for my last night in Phu Quoc before flying out. Incredibly helpful family members, room was impeccably clean (although towels and sheets although perfectly laundered, both had few wear-n-tear stains). Bathroom was spotless (which made me so happy), and hot water and shower worked perfectly. WiFi worked very well also so managed to get a lot of work done.
