“Struttura nuova (aperta da aprile 2023) molto carina e ben arredata.
Immediatamente sopra il centro di Ella (appena 5 minuti di tuk tuk).
Camere belle, grandi e con una bellissima vista sulla vallata.
Colazione ottima ed abbondante.
Insomma tutto benissimo ma un ringraziamento speciale va al personale. Sono tanti ragazzi e tutti gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

“la struttura è difficile da raggiungere con mezzi di trasporto perchè si trova immersa nelle colline di Ella. in realtà la fatica per raggiungerla è ripagata dallo spettacolo della vista che si può godere dalla sua terrazza. La colazione è molto buona e puntuale.”

Un peu éloigné de la ville, il faut prendre un tuktuk, cependant l'hôtel nous a proposé leur service.
Et la ville est très animée et très sympa.

“An amazing experience, sleeping in the canopy of the forest. We saw lots of animals and fireflies at night. Accommodation is basic as you would expect but beds and bathroom were clean. Ella is a 5-10 minute walk away via the railway tracks. Route was easy to find as directed by our host. Breakfast was delicious and filling.”

“This year, I have slept on multiple beds in multiple countries. Colombia, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Jordan, Sri Lanka, and Ella Green Cottages had the best mattress I've had all year. My first night at Ella Green Cottages was literally the best night of sleep that I had in months.
Also, whenever I needed anything, the employees immediately stopped doing whatever they were doing and saw to my needs. Best customer service I experienced in the country. ”
“This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! ”

“Great location, right next to the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops.
The hotel itself is more of a guest house. Rooms are very basic - but very large. Can easily accommodate 4 people.
Breakfast is either sri-lanken or western, they are very generous with the quantities.
If you are looking for a 4/5 star hotel - it’s not the place for you.
It is a low budget option for families who prefer that kind of experience.

“Misty Hills is located in the most picturesque part of Ella, to walk up to breath taking views of Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak is amazing. High recommended, staff and facilities were excellent. Special mention to Pannier who service was excellent. Thank you”
“굉장한 숙소였습니다. 사장님 부부가 굉장히 친절하게 이래저래 많은 것들을 알려주시고, 조식은 맛있게 준비해주십니다. 과일 차 토스트 계란이지만, 항상 만족스럽게 먹었습니다. 뷰도 사진과 같고, 엘라 자체가 고지대기 때문에, 더위를 많이 타는 저도 에어컨 없이도 충분히 지낼 수 있습니다.
얼떨결에 일박을 더 했지만, 충분히 그럴 가치가 있는 곳이라고 생각합니다.
숙소로 올라가는 길이 계단이기 때문에, 캐리어를 들고 가는건 힘들 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 저는 백팩이라 큰 문제가 없었는데요. ”

The owner treats his guests like his own family members, me and my mom - we felt taken care of, we felt safe and protected, we got lots and lots of good and helpful information and had a WONDERFUL, wonderful experience with the owner and his wife, who's home-baked cake I will always remember with saliva in my mouth. “Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk.
It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road.
The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock.
