“We arrived at the hotel after about 20 hours of travel, only to find out they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. The manager arranged for us to stay at another hotel and comped the room. She also offered transportation. I must say the manager turned a bad situatuon into something positive. It’s how they reacted to the situation that gives the service *****!”

“Nice property. Very convenient location. Clean room/excellent housekeeping. Good restaurant choices & a beautiful outside patio. Friendly staff. Had a little glitch at check in but it all worked out. Not a fan of them delivering luggage because it took several hours for ours to arrive & also had to have it ready 3 hours before departure....both of which were inconvenient.”
