“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities.
Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”

“We got the junior suite which we very enjoyed. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff Denise was very nice and professional. Strong enough Wifi and great organization on Easter Day with egg hunting events for kids. We didn’t participate but we enjoyed the view and liveliness of it. One down side, we requested amenities but didn’t receive service after a long wait. I had to ask the housekeeping team in the morning for things I asked for the night before.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable.
I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“I have stayed all over Southern California and this location and vibe can’t be beat! Very few kids stay here it is more for adults but my 18 year old daughter and I had the perfect time. The staff is great and very accommodating. For sure take a chance on this one . Tucked between Carlsbad and Encinitas. ”
