“Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. “There was no power or lights in the bathroom. They told us that after we checked in. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve lights in bathroom they gave us a hand held light and extension cord that did not reach in the bathroom. The air conditioner is literally 2 feet from the bed and is VERY loud. So you have to turn it off to watch tv, but it is to hot in the room not to have it on. “I stayed at the Oregon District property from 4/13–4/18/26. The location is definitely a highlight—it’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown, which was very convenient for getting around.However, there were several issues that impacted my stay. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best fit. The walls are very thin, so I could clearly hear neighbors’ TV and conversations.
