“Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again.”

It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants.
