“It was early season but the pool was already open which we enjoyed. We didn’t hang out around the fire pit but could tell the ambiance was great. Late nite, we sat downstairs in the lobby area which makes this property what it is- unpretentious, relaxing and accommodating. We had a little issue worth our room and were gladly moved to another (larger) room by staff. Don’t forget to go across the street for pizza and cocktails !”

“Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!”

“Excellent location. Very helpful front desk team. Rooms were very nice, average size, but totally remodeled. The riverfront property is beautiful with plenty of drink chairs and a separate building to store your bikes. Great breakfast available across the street at the Hearthstone Cafe.”

“When we first got there got off the elevator there’s a trash bill for trash. There is no salt shampoo or anything in the shower places understaffed horrible”
