“Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain.”

“Friends we were with had to request maintenance on their room door upon arrival. It didn’t shut properly.
Our bathtub looked undesirable. Didn’t look real clean. Very “used” and really needs to be replaced.
Had to wait in a long line upon arrival. Had to wait about half an hour. Only one person working the desk.
Management and staff, however, were extremely nice, caring and hospitable. ”
