Welcome to C.T. Lux a 5 bedroom, two level home nestled on a quiet Connecticut street. Each room equipped with a desk for WFH and and a flat-screen TV equipped with a Firestick, allowing you to log into your streaming accounts to enjoy all your favorite TV shows and movies!

A short drive to beaches, Universities, shops, & restaurants on Black Rock Turnpike, this space is the perfect getaway! Bicycles and new game room/home theater available for use for small additional fee!

The Space:
The first floor fits 6-8 people. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor fits 4-6 people. It is located upstairs, and it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bonus Rm: The basement level has the game room (pool table, darts, basketball arcade game and foosball table) and home theater setup. There is onr couch with a queen pullout with foam mattress and 4 black leather stadium style seats with massage feature.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to two floors of the home and the entire massive yard. They can enter the property using the Yale/August Lock System, which provides security and privacy. The yard contains an outside lounge area, a grill (guest responsible to clean and buy propane), 1 firepit, and a picnic table. Both floors contain entertainment systems and Alexa. Every room has a Smart TV, where you can log in with your account and enjoy all the streaming platforms.

Fast WIFI available in the entire house. Both floors have separate entrances, and each one has a working area with desks and lamps in each room.
