“Great stay! My kids had fun in the pool, which they provided pool floats and pool toys. I just wish they had a free breakfast. Overall, Good! ”

“Great overall. Second visit here. First visit was perfect, second visit - there’s no flip flops available. Kind of at a shock as they had it when I first visited them. They said it’s out of stock, did not expect them to run out of slippers at a lodge. Great experience overall though”

“The hotel is old and the name “grand” is very deceiving! The staff were pleasant and the room was clean but it had a rundown feeling. Close to the lake if that’s what you’re after. ”

“We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay...

“Great Lake view, walking distance to lots of restaurants. Room wasn’t clean or updated. The closet stank like rotten fish, even housekeeping staff gagged when they came to douse it with Lysol. Found a used flosser on the floor which hadn’t been vacuumed. Woke up to ants crawling in the bed. Never any towels left when we went to use the hot springs. Staff were neither friendly nor helpful.
