“The hotel was nice and clean. We had a double queen suite, plenty of room to move around, nice size refrigerator and a microwave for heating things. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I did get coffee from the lobby and it seemed to be a little watered down, but you can make coffee in the coffee maker in your room.”

“The pool was nice and staff were awesome but the room lacked accessible outlets and the TV was useless. Pool gets up to 8 feet deep and was relatively clean. Not overly chlorinated thankfully.”

“IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.”

“We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.”

“Not a great value for what you’re paying. Rooms are very plain and missing essential items like an alarm clock. Some stains on the sheets and carpet. Shower soaps and washes come in plastic packages and can be tricky to open. Location was convenient off the highway and lots of open parking. Large deposit you pay when checking in.”

“The room was filthy, the AC leaked water all over the floor, the hardware in the tub and shower was broken, the pool was closed, the TV was on a timer amd shut off every few hours and with only basic programming available, we got fresh towels once in five days and ran out of toilet paper. There was a 3/8 inch gap around the door inside the frame and people from the restaurant next door parked in our space for our room. The fire alarms went off twice and when I asked if everything was okay, I was...

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”

“The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. There were no more parking spaces except for diamond members so we were told that we could park there. I thought that was pretty nice.”
