Hotel vicino a Fairfield Village Shopping Center - Pensacola

“The room was very clean. Staff was helpful and brought more towels when requested. The pool area was very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. We were able to get a late check out and left our bags on property after check out and got a shuttle to airport. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good.”

“There were no outlets for my CPAP, phone adapter, etc. No outlets except for the TV, fridge, and microwave. Bed was OK. Only 2 small bars of soap. I left after 1 night. Staff was wonderful.”

“I was greeted by the front desk staff. She was very nice and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. We booked a 1 bedroom suite. It was nice to have a small kitchenette to use. Breakfast was included in our stay. They had a decent spread and also have special nights where they serve appetizers and drinks at no charge. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfy. Showers had actual water pressure and house keeping did come out to empty trash and replace towels for our multiple night...

“Pleasant staff.Easy checkin.Room however lacked a few things.Plastic wrapped cups ( for sanitation) would have been nice.Cheap towel bar fell from the wall.Shower curtain rod was too low causing the double shower curtain to be a trip hazard.Bugs in the bathroom light.Bed was clean but very soft.Large chair was dirty and off putting.Property had a general air of pinch a penny from owners.”
