Overall, the property was extremely nice and we had everything we needed, including the owner, leaving several spices and cooking supplies as well as foil, Ziploc’s, etc. As mentioned by other reviewers, the only negative was the bar across the street that seems to crank up at 10:30 at night every night And Hearing the people walk across the floor constantly on the third floor above us. But they do have sound machines in each room, so it was not overbearing, but it is a nuisance when you’re trying to go to sleep. But it was very close to restaurants and shopping, and we had a wonderful time.

Style, Quality, & Comfort all in one place!
Fairhope was the location for our son’s wedding and rehearsal dinner. This home is perfectly located a block off of downtown. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go, yet quickly be home if we wanted. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine! We will come back to this location in this home.

Furniture was worn. Bathrooms were old and not that clean. Several bugs in the bathroom. Hallway smell in building was awful and the outside of the building had peeling paint. We were barely there due to our weekend activities but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Would stay here again!
Better than the photos, this property is an excellent location from which to explore and enjoy Fairhope. The three bedrooms were perfect for us girlfriends and the porch was a great spot to enjoy the breeze and sip cocktails. The white noise machines helped counter any noise from the lively bar across the street.The high ceilings and roomy interior were quite nice. The best part of course was the location, which made walking to the cute downtown shops and restaurants VERY convenient. Highly recommended!

Great time until…
The condo was beautiful. We discovered there was no soap in the entire place soon after arrival, Went to a pharmacy but it had already closed. I called the host and she brought some over. Our last night the place right across the neighborhood street featured a live band which was the loudest we had ever heard anywhere. No kidding. It was bad and it went on until after 10:45 at night. After a long and wonderful day downtown we were ready to relax., that was impossible. So disappointing because we had enjoyed the condo before this.

Great location and Great Condo
We traveled to Fairhope for the Beauty and the Beast play at the bluff and decided to rent a condo rather than stay in a hotel. This beautiful condo definitively exceeded expectations. Being able to walk to restaurants and shopping in downtown Fairhope was a plus.

We love Fairhope!!!!
We had a wonderful time! The condo was very roomy for 3 ladies. We each had our own space. It was clean and very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony - for coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. Location is great! Would love to stay here again!

This property is beautiful and so centrally located. We walked to all the wedding locations including several great bars and restaurants. It is very well equipped and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed being downtown, walking to shops, restaurants and sites. Frustrated with the TV provider as we could not access sports events & cable news casts. May need to get a new provider or post instructions and codes for access.

Overall enjoyed but insulation between floors not good.
The home was clean and exactly as advertised. The only problem that would keep us from using this location is the amount of noise we could hear between floors. We were on second level and could hear the people above us walking, cleaning, moving furniture as if they were in the same room. At one point we thought we were going to have to go upstairs and comment about it because it was late and they were cleaning. However they stopped in time for us to sleep. It ratcheted the anxiety level hearing the stomping. Like a heard of elephants.

Wonderful stay
This has been the nicest place we have stayed. We wanted to feel like we were locals while in Fairhope and we did. The kids brought their bikes and we could watch them from the expansive veranda. You can stroll anywhere easily. Make some time to enjoy being at "home" though because this space itself will make you feel pampered.

Simply Amazing
This place is in an ideal location; walking distance to shopping, entertainment & dining. The owner thought of everything…from white noise machines in every bedroom to air freshener in the bathrooms. Very clean, in excellent condition. We had perfect weather for relaxing on the balcony while listening to the live music from a nearby restaurant. Positive experience all the way around! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Fairhope Condo
This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was just as great as last year. The unit is convenient to everything in downtown Fairhope and offers lots of activities within an easy walk. We love that it has enough space for our family of 5 to spread out and be comfortable. Very well stocked & clean. Looking forward to another stay soon.

Ideal location
The property is ideally located in town within walking distance to any attraction that you wish to visit. Not only was the property clean and very comfortable, but the host even provided white noise machines next to beds, in the event the hustle and bustle of city life was to much. We loved that there were rocking chairs on the private balcony. We absolutely look forward to booking here again!

I stayed in this 3-bedroom condo with 2 friends. We had a great time. It is in walking distance to downtown Fairhope. There is a wraparound porch with plenty of seating to sit out and enjoy the evening. No complaints at all.

Great stay in downtown Fairhope
Family stayed evacuating from Hurricane Ida. Spacious flat with everything you need. Great location - we were able to walk everywhere. Shops, restraunts, grocery, parks, the Art Center and museums are all a short walk. Loved our time there and thankful for the relaxing stay.

A Wonderful Getaway Condo
A miscommunication between the manager and housekeeping was handled quickly, graciously and thoroughly. Julie was prompt to personally handle the situation, and made our stay a delightful one! Everyone is already wanting a return trip and would like to get the same condo! The location was perfect for shopping and dining in town, and it was the perfect layout and size for our group.

Better than expected
First time visitor to Fairhope. We were able to walk to anywhere in town. Good restaurants, ice cream, coffee, shopping all around. The apartment was very spacious and clean and I slept good every night. Full kitchen, laundry and nice balcony. About a 50 minute drive to gulf shores

The place felt much more spacious than the pics! High ceilings, gorgeous floors. Yes, like the other reviewers, it was loud at night but each room had its own sound machine to help with that. Great location.
