“Disappointing One-Night Stay at La Quinta Morgantown, WV
Great location, but housekeeping was seriously lacking.
Check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was courteous. Unfortunately, things went downhill once we entered the room. There was an unpleasant odor, and the previous guests had left their leftovers in the fridge. The shower had pink slime buildup between the wall and the shower floor. The sheets were dingy, thin, and had holes in them, while the quilt was stained.

“Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++”
