“Awesome experience. We did have to ask to have sheets on one of our beds changed as they were not clean. Guy that changed them was very nice. Hotel offered cookies water bottles any time and food and coffee was available 24/7 except for the hot food. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

“No one to answer front desk phone. Indoor pool was filthy. You could see oil grime and hair that was there the whole time.”

“Good - staff were nice, early check in requested and granted, safe, bed comfortable, nice view of mountains at resort, can tell that place was probably a destination worthy to stop and stay back in the day.Not so good - resort roads are rough, rooms are not updated, outside needs improved groundskeeping for aesthetics. forget taking bath as bathtub is from Abraham Lincoln days, bottom of tub is a slip and fall waiting to happen as the area you stand on moves up and down and not secured, and...
