“The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Our balcony was not clean and had cigarettes butts thrown on the other side of the railing. The air-conditioning unit made a sound like someone was living in the attic. The overall property was very nice and in a nice area by the water.”

“The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”

“The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are excellent and the primary reason to stay there. That being said there is always something with this place and they are terrible with communication. This time, the main restaurant was closed and we weren't informed until we got there. Then when we got back from the pool we tried to order room service and it just rang and rang. When I called the front desk I was informed they closed early. No reason, no communication when we checked in that the hours...

“The hotel was fine. Nice to have breakfast and the yard was pleasant. Great Location. Good for a trail run in Marquam Park. The only problem was the pillow top mattress, which every hotel now has. If you want coffee in your room, you can request a coffee maker.”

“The bathroom fan rattled throughout the night even though I did not have it turned on. I think the 2 little screws were loose. The ceiling above the showerhead was shoing signs of rot.”

“Friendly and helpful staff, valet parking was $65 but they recommended us to park at church (a block away, secured) for $10 for twelve hours. Modern rooms. We didn’t utilize any amenities. They have coffee, restaurant and bar area at lobby though.”
