“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Cable did not work! The water does not get hot. And the WiFi did not work at all. Then I was lied to and assured it would be fixed so I wouldn’t leave and cancel my stay. They lied multiple times and did not want to refund or compensate me for the night I was basically forced into staying. I had to cut my trip short. When I tried to get compensation for the night they forced upon me they denied the request. I had to find somewhere else to stay and ended up...

“Awful. Rundown, dirty. The first room they sent us to was not ready yet, but you could see how dirty the mattress was. The property feels partially abandoned. They put us in a second room that was right by the pool. It was cleaner, but betting worn out with holes. Slept with the bathroom light on. We were supposed to stay for three nights. “Nice place. A bit outdates but nice. The airport is very close to the hotel so it gets pretty noisy sometimes. But overall, this is a nice hotel. Parking is overpriced though.”

“The premises are well kept, with just a few potential renovations needed, but excellent overall. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and relatively silent, considering that I was on floor level in front of the main street. Breakfast was abundant and varied.”

“I always feel at home when I visit at the Bay Shores Peninsula hotel! I am most welcome and cared for. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, always clean. You can opt for more sustainable actions like not having your towels or bedlinen changed daily in order to save water and preserve oceans from additional polluting actions. Warren and the whole team are gorgeous! So friendly and caring, they provide all possible information to make your stay even better. The breakfast area is like a kitchen....

“This place was a great set-up for the room. We requested a two bedroom suite however, there was no door for the second room, but it was upstairs in a loft type layout so we made it work. Staff was great with an early check-in. The location was close to shopping food places. The downside was the room, particularly the floor was dirty. We didn’t eat the free breakfast,‘or use the amenities, but there was a pool and basketball court onsite. ”
