“The place really isn’t that bad. Although the bathroom wasn’t very clean and towels had stains. Bring your own towels and you’ll be fine. Everything else was good.”

“Great stay! Very convenient to broadway and Bridgestone Arena. Parking is secure (metal gate prevents random people from wandering in) and conveniently located underground with an elevator to the hotel. Just park in the garage and take your ticket to the desk on check-in (ticket booth is just beyond the metal door that opens automatically when you drive up). Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast buffet + coffee area is huge with plenty of choices, and there’s a great donut shop next door....

“The lobby area was basic and nice. The rooms and elevators are dated. The gym was adequate. The location is conveniently located off the highway and beside Target and several restaurants which is why I chose it. Oddly they are located in a more remote suburban area on a large hill off the freeway and they CHARGE FOR PARKING which is strange because they are not located in an area where paid parking is NOT a thing. They are not in the city center or by airport where one would expect to pay...

“I arrived early because I had a wedding to attend. We flew in from NY. I asked if we could check in and I was told that check in is at 4pm. Which I understand but I just explained that I had to attend a wedding at 4pm. The lady at the front desk was annoyed and rude. Then she proceed to tell me that my room wasn’t ready but I with face to pay an early check in fee. I don’t not have an issue with paying a fee for checking in early.
