This property was really nice. It was always clean with. My only thing would be is the wall seem to be pretty thin because you could hear a lot but other than that it was a perfect experience from the moment we got there to when we left.

Property is brand new. Rooms were stylish and modern. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

The hotel is very new. It's quite clean, everything worked, and it was pretty comfortable. Being someone who is a notoriously bad sleeper, I was surprised when I woke up in the morning having slept through the whole night. Breakfast looked good (eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, etc.), but we needed to hit the road so I just grabbed some fresh fruit and some hot coffee for the road. I'd stay there again.

Phone in room did not work at all. No dial tone nothing. Refrigerator was not working when we checked in. Figured out the plug in the cabinet it was in was fried. Had to relocated the fridge to another spot in the room for our stay. Microwave auto locks. No matter if you turn the lock on or not. It will lock when you use it. Other than that, it was a great hotel and we loved the way the room looked. Very fancy.

Check in was fine and at first glance the room seemed clean. It wasn’t until the next morning that problems arose. Went to shower, absolutely NO hot water. The water didn’t begin to get warm until I was almost done with my shower. The shower was a handicap shower and when I went to get out, I realized the entire time water was running out in the floor. It took all the towels I had to get it mostly cleaned up. Also, realized there was a dead bug in the shower with me the whole time. Then, the breakfast…save your time and go somewhere else. Tried the sausage, biscuits and eggs…all disgusting. Came back from work that evening, the room appeared clean but the dead bug was still in the shower. Went to put leftover food in the microwave and there were ants all over the microwave and surrounding counter. Honestly, I get why it’s called Sleep Inn cause that’s all you’ll be able to do comfortably there. Just pay the extra $20-$30/ night and stay at the Hilton located right in front of this hotel if you want a good breakfast and warm shower/ clean room without ants. Oh, and the walls are paper thin. I could hear the gentleman in the room next to me clearing his throat. People coming in and out of their rooms and the exit door that was at the end of the hallway. If you want to use WiFi you have to call the front desk and ask for it. I also had to reset the cable box when I checked in the first night because the tv wasn’t working either. The remote is also not user friendly.

Bed was great, room was clean, that’s the only good thing I can say. Breakfast was not edible, we had to go out for breakfast. Our room refrigerator was not working, when we mentioned it she knew that the breaker had been tripped. They reset it and it worked for a day. We had put a couple hundred dollars worth of medication in it, thinking it was good to go. The next day it had went out again and ruined our medication. They did offer to change rooms but the damage had been done. We were completely unpacked and it wasn’t worth the hassle. No other compensation was offered. We will never return nor can we recommend this hotel.
