“Clean and large rooms breakfast in the morning was great. Front desk was not friendly. Neither were any of the workers they were not welcoming at all.”

“The room was disgusting, we had to go buy bleach to clean it. There were roaches and the manager was rude. The only reason I gave it a 1 star was because of the sales director Pam. She tried to make it right but I just feel like you can’t undo bad customer service.”

“Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, and on day 2 I requested towels. I was told they would be brought to my room, but after being out all day, I returned to nothing. When I called the front desk, I was told they had no towels or washcloths available and I would have to wait until the next morning. That is completely unacceptable for a paying guest, towels are a basic necessity. Because of this, I had to go out and spend my own money to buy towels just so we...
