“For what I paid, the room was not as expected and needed to be remodeled. You had to pay separately for use of the pool and hot tub. The breakfast choices were not good. Parking was an issue and it’s next to a pool hall. A hooker knocked on our door at 11 at night and someone tried to bum a smoke off of my husband in the parking lot. I would not recommend this property. ”

“Parking was easy, staff was very friendly, I had zero issues with my room. The only complaint I can think of is that the doors and walls are INCREDIBLY thin. I could overhear conversations in rooms across the hall. Naturally, this means anyone not overly cautious about how much noise they're making will create a substantial disturbance. ”

“Parking was good. Room was clean, but no housekeeping service for my 3 night stay. Upon check in, no soap in room. My electronic key failed to work twice. Didn't use A/C. I rated my stay 2 stars, because the little things added up. ”

“I stayed 2 Days at the quality inn, on my way to New Orleans. I was immediately surprised by how dirty the property is. The couches and chairs were worn out and filthy. I asked for bedding for the pull out couch and they were out of blankets. I understand it’s a free breakfast but I’ve been to many hotels with a free breakfast. “Staff was excellent! Rooms were clean, just a little dated. The breakfast was $19 per person but not worth it. The outdoor pool is nice but the indoor pool and hot tub are not appealing to the eyes.”

“Had a good stay at the Hyatt House. The room was nice and clean, very nice and pleasant staff. Good breakfast with everything from scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles, bagels, bacon or sausage and grits. I would definitely come back again. ”
