Hotel vicino a Hidden Lake - Nashville

“Very good!”

“Staff was very friendly, but the TV, fridge, vanity light and microwave didn't work. There were bugs crawling around on the desk. And the pool wasn't open. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent. ”

“It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night.”

“Check in was fine and at first glance the room seemed clean. It wasn’t until the next morning that problems arose. Went to shower, absolutely NO hot water. The water didn’t begin to get warm until I was almost done with my shower. The shower was a handicap shower and when I went to get out, I realized the entire time water was running out in the floor. It took all the towels I had to get it mostly cleaned up. Also, realized there was a dead bug in the shower with me the whole time. Then, the...

“Seemed very ran down , was tucked behind a Waffle House and another restaurant. Had some permanent residents . Parking lot was trashed . Only seen one staff the 2 nights we stayed. ”

“Clean room. Nice staff. There was no soft drinks or anything but alcohol to purchase in the market by check in area.”

“The rooms were clean. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and we slept well. But, I absolutely did not like being charged $35.00 to park in their garage. After paying over $300.00 for one night, and being older, retired folks on a fixed income, that did not seem very fair. Lynne”
