Completely updated interiors, newly painted throughout, new furniture inside and out, including a King bed for the primary. Newly installed Tesla J1772 Wall charger - Compatible with all EVS, including Tesla vehicles.

Relax in the living room, enjoy your morning coffee beneath the canopy of majestic oak trees, or settle into one of two dedicated workspaces with high-speed internet. The house is stocked with books, puzzles, and games for quiet afternoons and family evenings alike.

Step outside and discover the newly added game area featuring a bocce court and putting green—perfect for a friendly competition, practicing your short game, or settling the age-old question of who buys the next bottle of wine. The game area is a shared space with the owners.

The fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar are ready for everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners. A generous island opens to a private patio with a new BBQ and seating for 10, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy a home-cooked meal, a movie night on Apple TV, or a nightcap under the stars after a day exploring wine country.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features vaulted beam ceilings, a king bed, Apple TV, a large walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. An additional office and reading nook with a desk, monitor, hanging chairs, and shelves of books create a space that feels more treehouse retreat than bedroom.

On the main floor, the comfortable second bedroom offers two queen beds and easy access to a beautifully appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Other things to note
For those seeking a peaceful retreat and yet be close to it all! This house sits on a nearly flat acre, just 3 miles off I-15. The drive alone is worth the trip, especially near sunset or sunrise! The ascent to the property will awe you with some of the most breathtaking views in San Diego Cty—twenty minutes to wineries, motocross parks, wedding venues, and casinos—plenty of yard space for kids and pups to explore. Uber's readily available.

We love our neighbors. Strict zero-tolerance noise policy enforced. If you wish to host a party, this is not the home for you. The Owner lives nearby.

Friendly, quiet, non-digging, house-trained dogs will be welcomed with a pet fee of $50. We ask that pets be kept off all the furniture. Unfortunately NO DOGS are allowed in the game area.

Please keep small dogs close to you; remember, this is a rural escape. Woof!
