“Easy, not secure. Staff extremely rude, wouldn't add a traveler to my reservation so they could get the key to room. Went on Expedia site and messaged the hotel to add the second traveler that was the only option. I called and the guy rudely was talking over me and I wasn't able to explain the Expedia site, I asked him to "let me talk" and he yelled let me talk and then said no I'm cancelling your reservation. I showed up, no email from Expedia by then 2.5 hours later to check in and he said he...

“First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed. ”

“Clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with eggs to bacon/sausage to breads/pastries to oatmeal. The kitchen was stocked well with all you need and fridge was nice and large to keep all your foods cold and stored. The gym was also open 24 hours and had all you need for a good stregnth training and cardio workout”

“When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room. ”

“Hi My check inn day waa April 5th, it was a man working at the front desk that I'm not happy with. Despite the hotel policy check in at 3 p.m. in many places hotels reps give an exception to check in earlier if rooms are available, but that guy didn't help, so I had to walk outside for 2,5 hours. I don't think it's fare!! ”
