“Good location on river”

“Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Jen e l'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura è molto pulita e ben curata, con camere sempre in ordine. La colazione è davvero uno dei punti di forza: ricchissima, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, adatta a tutti i gusti e con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Splendida anche la piscina sul tetto, che offre una vista fantastica sulla città ed è il posto ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. La posizione è perfetta, nel...

“Staff and hotel were amazing”

“I would have been very happy will this hotel if I was in Singapore on business. The room is large with a comfortable bed and good amenities. Very good shower and lovely hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion products. Breakfast is also 5 star with exceptional service and selection choice. However I would not recommend this hotel for families. We booked this hotel as it offered early check in and late check out as an extra with the booking. We were told that the early check in/late check out...

“The hotel was very good. When I arrived I was upgraded and the room is very nice and clean. There is only one restaurant in the hotel but the food is excellent. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is also very clean. The hotel has a nice quite and peaceful atmosphere close to the center but away from all the noise.”

“Il personale cortese e professionale”

“La struttura è stata inaugurata nell’ottobre 2023 e presenta delle camere molto nuove e pulite. I servizi impeccabili, il ristorante Mosella top per la colazione e la cena.”

“Stanza meravigliosa personale impeccabile ”

“Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services) Overall a nice hotel in a central location ”

“Albergo pulito e vicino alla stazione della metro. Silenzioso e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Letto comodo.”

“Didn’t like the fact that my room was right next to the elevator and housekeeping make a lot of noise in the morning (glass/bottles clinging etc). I also send some clothes to be washed and dry cleaned but when I got them back they didn’t smell clean at all….do wondering if they just ‘freshened’ up my clothes 🤨 Good thing was the free minibar AND my BDay cake/wishes!! Thx for that!”
