“The motel was excellent. But I will not do business with Expedia ever again. I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. “Disappointed overall - the manager did partially refund our stay, which I appreciated, but I expected more from a major hotel brand. Amenities were largely old and not well maintained - the hotel washer and drier didn't work well, our bathtub didn't drain, the pullout bed had crumbs on the mattress (which was stained), couch was stained, elevator was very dirty...just a long list of little things that add up to an unpleasant stay overall. The room layout was nice, the beds were comfy, bedding...

“I saw someone doing a hand to hand drug exchange in the parking lot, the trash was built up next to the trashcan in the hall way for 2 days the small was awful it overpowered the air freshener and the homeless in the parkinglot had me worried about my car being broken into never again for an extended stay they need security roaming the parkinglot.”
