“Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. “We had an issue with the toilet in our room. Even though the staff member tried to fix it, it did not remedy the issue. When we checked out, I told another staff member that they needed to resolve the problem.”

“Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired. The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
