This is a great find! We were visiting NDSU. It was a quick walk to campus. It was cute house that was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of nice accessible extras. The hot tub was a huge bonus. The owner had the hot tub ready to go as soon as we arrived. I loved having a full basket of hot tub towels close to the entrance. There was a washer and dryer in the basement and we used it to wash/dry our suits when we were done. It sure is nice having dry suits to pack up when you leave. There was plenty of space to hang out. Three bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the basement. Having 4 bedrooms gave everyone a place to sleep comfortably. The beds were super comfortable. They also had fans in the closets which my son loved and white noise machines beside each bed. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, makeup towels, plus there was a first aid kit under one sink which came in handy when I needed a bandaid. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and it was spacious. It was nice to have spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, flour, coffee, coffee filters, oatmeal packets, and microwave popcorn packets to use. We used the dining room to eat a meal and play some of the games they had in hand. The variety of streaming services gave us a lot of choices. My husband loves having places to charge devices and there were plenty of outlets to use. The owners communicated quickly and were very accommodating. I would recommend this place.
