“It is rare the Experience of staying at a holiday location works out as well as expectation of a group built up by the online marketing page. I’m pleased to say that didn’t happen here, in fact the only potential issue in advance was the parking as we had 3 cars. Even this didn’t present an issue. Excellent facilities and base, one very minor issue was the need to drink Guinness from a wine glass due to the lack of a pint glass on site, as I say very minor issue.”

“This property has been renovated to a great standard and there was plenty of space for our party of four adults, each having their own bed. A couple of recommendations to the host - a few coat hooks behind the front door would be very welcome, and some more hangers in each of the wardrobes. Other than that, we found everything we needed and had a fabulous weekend. We would stay again, and recommend to others. “I was not able to receive the check-in instructions so the day of I was panicked about how I would gain access to the house and the communication with the host and property manager was strained. Once we arrived at the property it was lovely and as described. It a cute, lovely neighborhood location with a delicious pub right across the street!”

“Our Accomodation met all our needs. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. We loved being able to paddle board from the rear of our Accomodation. We did get stuck in the reeds though. Perhaps they need a little trim. The outdoor pool was heated so the kids were happy to splash around before dinner. We didn’t use the Spa. We did a couple of walks around the village and a little bit of nature spotting. I think it would be a good idea to create a larger adventure play area for the 10+...

“Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions.”
